I want to very quickly hunt some marked shinies for champions. I have my base game dex and DLC 1 Dex finished but my DLC 2 Dex is like half done and missing version exclusives from scarlet. Can anyone touch trade them and help me out?

So I have a shiny Darkrai, Deoxys and Genesect in my Pokémon home from GO. It says they should all be able to move into sword and shield but it won't let me. What am I doing wrong or missing?
