





I checked out in under 2 minutes on Day 1 (April 10). My order sat for 25 days until after I’ve complained.
Support (Andrew) blamed an automated "fraud flag." My bank and Shop Pay confirm the money cleared on Day 1 - see the instant confirmation from Shop / Shopify. It seems like an excuse to hide fulfillment errors. They are now refusing to include the free sticker or any apology for the breach of their 3-5 day terms.
I've filed a formal complaint with Shopify and will be doing a chargeback on 11 May. Has anyone else been told this?
