Can we get a software update on our mark levinson systems for the ES? (2019-2025)

There is a significant amount of upper-mid level noise in the mark levinson system. And while I love the system and all, it could use the fine tuning boost. I have tuned my system to adjust the fader to -1 to the back, mids to -3, treble to +4 and base to +4, but I still think the system could use a little tuning. I believe the excessive sound mostly comes from the 8-9kHz range. It’s very noticeable in music with violins or artists who have high-frequency voices.
