Hey,
I am high school student (International) and I planning to apply for Italian University for the 2027 fall intake (Yeah, I am taking a drop year)
Now I went through Polimi's Application details for Engineering Science course and I couldn't spot "LOR" or "SOP" as an admission criteria.
I used AI to Analyze and summarize the application details and there I was unable to find it; However, when I browsed through YouTube for "The admission Process for Bachelors" I found multiple Videos mentioning that you do require them! Then I did some digging and found that they mostly require it for Master Degree
Till now, I am still confuse whether Universities in Italy requires LOR or/and SOP or not!!

I am a Class 12 CBSE student from India who has just completed my final exams. While my results are pending, I anticipate scoring around 75%. Although my academic record from Class 9 to 12 (with the exception of Class 10) is not particularly strong, my strong desire to study in Japan has led me to take a gap year. Instead of targeting the September 2026 intake, I am aiming for September 2027.

My research indicates that the EJU (Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students) aligns closely with the CBSE Class 11 and 12 curriculum, with a difficulty level that falls between standard CBSE and JEE. I plan to appear for the exam this November, giving me approximately 5–6 months to prepare.

My primary challenge is determining the right preparation strategy. Some advise completing the entire RD Sharma book, while others recommend standard JEE materials. Having neither attempted the JEE exam nor engaged in rigorous JEE preparation previously, I am unsure which path to follow.

Currently, I have access to the EJU syllabus, EJU's past papers and JEE 11th and 12th modules (I purchased them but never used it), but I am confused by the differences I've spotted. Comparing the EJU syllabus with JEE using AI analysis, I noticed several significant omissions in EJU Math Course 2, such as "Matrices and Determinants," and in Physics, topics like "Center of Mass" (COM) seem absent. These discrepancies have made me question the structure and relevance of the EJU curriculum

Given these uncertainties, I would like to clarify these doubts by any test-takers who have successfully cleared this exam
