Freshly installed witcher 3 always crashing when starting a new game.. after a few seconds of the opening scene, it will crash and a prompt appear saying The software closed becaused an error has occured.. something like that.. is there any fix for this? currently on firmware 21.0 and ultra NX 2.8..
