Power steering pump removal from 99 Isuzu Rodeo.

I’m in the middle of changing my head gaskets. The power steering pump is on a cradle that’s bolted to the head on the drivers side. The cradle is bolting to the head by two bolts you can access through the wheel well, but one has an AC line in front of it. The bolts that hold the pump onto the cradle are blocked by the pulley. Has anyone ever removed the PS pump from this vehicle? It’s my last bolt before I can finally pull the heads. I don’t know if I have to remove the AC line or remove the pulley. Maybe someone has a trick they know. The photo is the silver A/C line blocking the last cradle bolt.

Long story short, I’m changing the head gaskets on a Isuzu 3.2L. I have everything taken apart down to looking at the timing belt. I put the crank pulley bolt back in to turn the crankshaft until all the notches line up and I’m at TDC. The only problem is, no matter how many times I cycle it the marks never all line up. I lined up the marks on the camshaft gears and the crankshaft is off. I don’t think I’m missing a mark on the crankshaft, because there is a clear notch visible when turning it. I don’t know if the car jumped time at some point, but other than a hard start it idled smooth before I started disassembly. I don’t know if I should temporarily put the crank pulley back on to see if I’m just somehow looking at the wrong notch. I took 3 pictures to show the closest I can get to what looks like TDC. I honestly don’t know what my next move should be and if it did somehow jump way out of time at some point. I feel like it’s something simple in overlooking.
