
To make things clear I'm a captain who sailed into the wrong sea. during a mass file download I used jdownloader2 to multi download. during that time I foolishly granted permission for it to use cmd just to find out later that I can't used windows security, defender, and I can't update my system. I tried making changes in registry editor, running different repair commands, and deleting pretty much everything but no dice. I ran FSS to see whats happening and this is what I saw (

I also get an error that says "An application control policy is blocking this app" when I try to start windows securtity from services.msc
I also tried to run wuauclt /updatenow but it just says "was blocked by organisations guard policy" mind you this is my normal personal computer.
can anyone please help me?
