Has anyone had something stuck at ISC/NY for awhile & you hadn't received it nor got that dreaded seizure letter? What's the odds of still getting your packages? I know about the 45 days and I know they're a separate entity but when usps stops tracking, do you still get your package? I guess maybe it's a good sign that I haven't received anything!
I know that I may not get a definite answer but I would like to hear from others. USPS no longer shows tracking on any of the packages my daughter has sent me so I use postal ninja, parcelsapp & 17Track. Also, I know that ISC/NY is it's own entity & has a 45 day processing time, but, had any of you ever had packages held for awhile & eventually they cleared? Seeing as my daughter & I send things back & forth often, there have been two times where she sent packages & I received letters stating they were seized due to improper packaging, but I haven't received anything as related to any seizure of the most recent things she sent...even my granddaughters ashes & yes, my daughter followed usps guidelines for sending but somehow they are lost so I had to place a missing mail request...What are your thoughts?

My severally Autistic brother recently noticed charges on his chime card that were unauthorized.
He called chime & while he was on the phone speaking to customer service, his card was
steady being charged, so he froze the card in app. He was informed that they closed his account & his new card will arrive on 5/13/26.
Long story short, he still has money on the card but its a virtual card and he needs to pay his rent & other bills. Iwas wondering can he use the atm that has t?NFC banking (Near Field Communication. In banking, this technology enables contactless payments by allowing your card or phone to communicate with a terminal over short distances) banking.
Before it's asked, no I can't help him financially Because I'm in a bind! Any information or ideas will be very much appreciated! Thank you1
