Hey peeps, I’m moving to Pune soon and wanted to clear up a few things beforehand. I’m currently having some issues with my documentation, especially my Aadhaar card.. an agent messed it up, so I’m not using it right now.

I wanted to ask people living in Pune.. do flats/rentals there use notarized agreements or registered agreements? And if it’s a registered agreement, will a Voter ID work instead of Aadhaar?

I’d really appreciate any guidance or personal experiences regarding this. Thanks in advance!
