
I finally got my account back. I did ask them after roughly 25 tickets why did this one succeed? This was all he said in the email.
Also weirdly I left my username blank this time, just incase I got it wrong. Afterwards I've now found out it wasn't wrong, I always got it right. I also left the account creation date blank, a tier 1 chat agent told me it'd be fine.
The one thing I did do differently was take advice from EA's way of getting their account back, I recently did it a couple of hour's ago.

So I did the same thing with rockstar after I made the ticket. I did it for all rockstar games on my steam.
Basically it has to be a screenshot from the website browser showing the transaction library and a screenshot of the invoice (same as the email you'd receive after purchasing a game but obviously I don't have my old email account).
Finally guys, I got through it after about 6 weeks.
