I made Khao Soi. First time cooking Thai food!
- Garlic / ginger chicken meatballs
- baby bok choi
- pho noodles
My wife said it’s the best thing I’ve ever made. It was so delicious and we ate so much.
I’ve been cooking a lot in the last two years, but I’ve mostly just been cooking Filipino food with some branch outs to general American food because that’s what my wife grew up with.
This is definitely going in the recipe bank!
