In the pattern, they use a DK weight yarn and leave loose strings to act as the horse's mane and tail. However I am unfortunately aware of how Chenille yarn (that I'm using) LOVES to shed all over the place and leave you with a skeleton of what once was your beautiful, expensive material 🥹 I don't want to give up on this project, but how would you suggest I use the Chenille without it fraying? Or should I buy some different wool for the hair?
