Alrighty let’s jump right into this. So for some background my boyfriend (26M) and I (24F) have been dating for 4 years. We’ve been discussing moving in for a while now but have finally decided it’s time. We are planning to move in some time this summer. But I’m not quite sure what couples discuss before the move in besides bills and responsibilities? I’ve never done this before and want to do it right and with a plan in mind. I don’t like doing things off a whim I’m a planner and want to stick to that . I know I’ll be the “outsider” since I’ll be moving in with his family but we get along just fine. My parents are excited for me however his mom is more traditional and wants him and his family to ask my parents permission first before moving me out of my home.
TL;DR : I’m moving in with my partner of 4 years and am unsure what to discuss before the move in besides bills & responsibilities?
