I'm from the Southwest US, where cacti are native and eaten often. Most cacti are edible, but prickly pear is the most popular. We use the fruit for jelly, candy, lemonade, syrup, etc... and the pads, when young and tender, are eaten as well. Do you guys over in Australia eat it, too?
I'm not very tech savvy, but I'm looking to get a PC that'll run Windows 7 and serve as an old programs/games archive. There's plenty of people out there selling old laptops, but who knows with those how long they'll still be functional. Is there anywhere I could buy replacement parts, either to repair an old laptop, or possibly build a desktop, with parts that I know aren't possibly on their last legs?
