Nest WiFi issues
Google Nest WiFi system - 1 router, 2 points.
Router software version: 14150.883.859
Point software version: 1.56.514310
The router is dropping offline every ~5 to 30mins.
Both points are unable to hold a connection in their usual positions (which always were "great").
I've left the 3 units together overnight, no software update has been applied.
Power off cycles sometimes give the router a bit of temporary stability for ~1hr.
Router is often dropping to WiFi 4 - this is when the points seem to die off.
Cables have been checked, full power cycles done, factory resets done, tried changing DNS settings, tried turning off IPv6, moved the points.
Gemini suggests there is some sort of "1.56.514310 Mesh Handshake Bug" or that Google has effectively "softbricked" the router...
This has been an issue for over a week now. I think I had signed up to public previews (not anymore!) as I had some Google Assistant issues, so wanted to try and get part that quicker.
It seems I need another update!!! Any advice other than get a new WiFi system?
