I booked a session with my therapist next week but I’d like to get some ideas and do my own research before the session.

To clarify, I’m 5’3” and 135lbs. Yes, I do want to lose some weight. Max 10lbs, but very very slowly. Like 1 pound a month or something. I’m not here looking for rapid weight loss. I’m also already struggling with hair loss, so rapid weight loss will also make this worse.

I’m wondering if any of you guys tried a medication that they recommend? What are the side effects? I’m basically looking for a medication that can make me… normal? The food noise and the binging episodes have been controlling my life since childhood and I’m just tired..
