Can I stack my slipmats?
Hey guys! I have an Audio Technica LP 120XBT-USB with the classic green VMN95E stylus and a question in regards to the slipmat height.
I normally use a white felt slipmat. Recently I bought this themed slipmat online and was pretty excited to use it but upon arrival I realized how incredibly thin it is.
On its own, I believe it would be way to thin to use so I was wondering if stacking both of my slipmats would be a possible alternative? Of course it would be a bit higher than normally recommended (I‘m assuming) but I figured you guys would know much better than me how to asses this.
Both slipmats stacked measure pretty much exactly 0.5cm while the white one seems to me much more dense and thicker than the other one.
