Starbucks Caramel Macchiato
I’m trying to recreate the Starbucks Caramel Macchiato on my Gaggia super automatic. I’ve been playing with the at home recipe and like what I make but realized yesterday after getting one at Starbucks that the Starbucks one is quite different in flavor and in consistency. Anyone have a recipe I can follow to try to get closer to the Starbucks one, or tips to improve my current recipe?
My current recipe is
- 1.5 pumps vanilla syrup
- Macchiato XL: 3 oz espresso and 6oz milk
- espresso lungo: 3.7 oz
- caramel drizzle
