I just quit my job and am about to move across the state. I have 25k in my ROTH401K. I need some of this money for the move, around 7k or so. I do have a ROTH IRA with Fidelity. Do I send all of it to my Roth and take the tax hit on the gains, or what is the best way to handle this?

So, I just quit my job and am moving 200 miles away. I have 25k in my Roth 401k. I need some of this money, but don't want to take it all. I need about 7k. I have a Roth IRA at Fidelity that I want to transfer it to. Do I just transfer it there and take the tax hit on the gains, or what would be my best option?
