So i tried to follow what persons recommended last time, I also tried facing away from the machine.
The difficulty is mostly balance and trying to keep my legs at that 90 degree angle instead of basically sitting back on my leg.
With the current weight (27lbs) it feels like the weight is pulling me back at times but when i go lighter it feels like there’s little resistance and now i’m going head first into the ground and struggling to pull myself up lol
Also got some back pain after, maybe I’m hyperextending?
