New spot on heel of right foot
I was removing my callouses on my foot and noticed this weird spot on my heel. I scrubbed it with soap and water (thinking it was just some sort of ink or paint or something), and then tried removing it with my callous remover and it’s still there. It doesn’t hurt or feel hard or anything. Is this some sort of indication of something else going on or what is this? I couldn’t find any other spots on my feet and it doesn’t seem like a mole to me, it’s somewhere between grey and brown in coloration.

I have a mild heart arrhythmia that’s not given me any issues for well over 10 years now.
I walk a couple miles, twice a week for some exercise and have been working on eating healthier to lose some weight.
I’m 5’6” and about 250 lbs
