am i overreacting? help pls :(
i never post here however i am a little lost. i bought a shirt from this lovely seller almost a month ago and it still has not been shipped. i previously bought a different shirt from this same seller and she really is lovely and has good reviews. i left her a good review for the previous item as it arrived a week after purchase and she is really friendly. i messaged her a few days after purchase asking if she had shipped the item as she said she would aim to ship it the saturday after i bought it. she has ignored my messages but has been active and i dont want to seem impatient or pushy or mean or anything so am hesitant to send yet another message. my item still has not been shipped after i believe 3 weeks post purchase. what should i do moving forward? do i leave it and hope i havent been scammed? do i take further action?
