Tonight I was walking back home and saw a bunch of cats playing with what I thought was mice, but no, its this guy.

My guess its that is a fledgling of a common grackle or something like that. There's no parents near since its almost midnight and altough I have some experience with rescuing birds, I never take fledglings, so what now?

This is in Mexico City

A person gifted me this thing and the box it was in was breaking apart and filled with bugs, so i transplanted it and now its droppy. How do I fix this?
