I want so badly to use and love this mower, I'm tired of dealing with the hassle of mowing with my riding mower, but I fear that Lymow is all good advertising/sponsored content and the actual product is no where near what's claimed (at least in my experience so far). Tons of YouTube university research and reading through Reddit to land on this device.

My main and ongoing issue is the RTK/GPS/positioning of the mower. I had hoped that my shed would be able to have the RTK device mounted to it, but I think there's not enough sky. So I moved it several feet away to the fence (above the line), same issues with constant low accuracy. Tried it farthest away from the trees in my attic (seen others with some success), same issue. Finally moved it to the farthest front corner of the house on the eve above the roof line, somewhat improved but still constant issues in some places. I swear the vision system and other sensors do jack...

If the mower loses it's fixed RTK status I may as well stop the mow and manually drive the thing to the front yard to let it reacquire for 5 minutes before driving it back and resuming, and even then with it showing .02 - .05 accuracy it is off, and everytime so far loses FIXED and starts getting lost.

I'm not sure what else to do at this point with the RTK and positioning issues I'm having in some areas (which is the majority of the back yard and the main reason I purchased this... for the back yard)

In the pic the red circle is where the RTK is currently mounted, if I was to need to go higher on the peak of the roof I'd need to rent a longer ladder.

Blue circles are other placed I tried the RTK

Zone 1 and 2 cut nicely yesterday, they have the most open sky.

Zone 3 I haven't even mapped yet...

Zone 4 I tried 4 times today and would get wild results, in the more open area it did ok, but as soon as it would get close to the trees, house, fence or shed (just built, not on google maps yet) it would lose it's lock and I would see in the app accuracy reporting .3m - 2.8m or more and at that point it would start to drift, miss spots or try and run into areas it shouldn't be in.

Zone 5 haven't mowed yet, I need Zone 4 to be successful first

So... am I just boned here because I don't have a perfect 120 degree view of the sky for both the RTK and mower everywhere on my property? Any resets, upgrades or other advice? Or is this thing just good advertising and I just need to send it back before my 30 day window is up?

Side note, I was/am working on a review video as an actual consumer, but I need to see if I can get these things resolved or if I'm just doing something wrong before publishing a bad review and it not being accurate.

**EDIT**

Thanks for all the help and info! I'm going for an overnight battery disconnect to see if that will help.
Might try a few disconnect cycles to see how it does if the overnight doesn't resolve it, if still no luck then I'll get support involved for either GPS on the mower or RTK issues it sounds like.
This thread will definitely make it in the video lol

**EDIT 2**

Next day now, battery disconnect over night with same results today.
