Is betterhelp really my only option?

I want to find a good therapist, as the last 2 years have been especially hard on me. I am seeking therapy to finally talk to someone and get some pent-up aggression, stress, and sadness out. However, I don't have a car. The job that I do pays me only $310 bi-weekly. Luckily, I live with other people, so I don't spend too much on rent or utilities, but I still spend a large portion of my money on utilities and groceries and transportation services like Lyft or Uber. Every time I try searching for online therapy sessions that I can pay for BetterHelp usually pops up, however I don't want to use BetterHelp, as I have heard some of the rumors surrounding their services, and would rather not risk using their services and having my issues worsened.

If I could have any recommendations I would like a therapist that can meet online, deals with young adults, and is good with minority patients and fit in a $165 or less budget.

Thank you for reading my post. I apologize if this was not the proper place to put something like this; I didn't know where else to go.
