Our goal in Karachi is to establish security in the Indian and promote trade and prosperity for those who agree. We propose a plan to make Chagos a Khorasan led safe harbour and coaling station. We will provide security for nations‘ ships visiting Chagos peacefully. In return, we request the recognition of our permanent ownership of the Indus Valley and Central Asia. We also request that trade will go through Chagos or Karachi if it crosses half or more of the Indian Ocean. All nations are invited. (Full actions take place in day 15, diplomacy is open)
