In an escalated attempt to understand why they couldn't update the device to something akin to zf7 so that the handshake between the Sim and phone would stop disabling the satellite options. Would this response be acceptable?

Hello!

I'm somewhat confused on this question. Do any of you have satellite capabilities on your trifold and with what carrier? I had the zf7 with Verizon and had that option but it seems I'm not seeing it in the specs on the us version or Google is incorrect on this one.

Any help is appreciated in advance.
