I recently upgraded equipment to the nh20t and wifi 6 boost from a t3200m back in Jan and have had slight internet issues since with both wifi and wired connections. Devices kept getting disconnected from the boost so tech replaced it but it didn’t work until i factory reset both the nah and boost and even now sometimes i get kicked from it once in a while . When wired up to the nah during a speedtest notice every now and then i cant get max upload speeds it cant get pass 600-800 or hangs around there then randomly shoots up to 930 and sometimes i see network jitter or packet loss in games i play. I called tech support a few times and it has been a horrible experience all they do is ignore everything i suggest the problem could be like faulty equipment, maybe dust got into the fiber cable during install or issues at the fdh but they go straight to wifi congestion test to then suggesting i buy wifi plus and upgrade to 3gb or they threaten me with a 200$ tech fee . A few weeks back they finally sent out a contractor tech but he showed up almost an hour and a half late and was super unprofessional and tried to bring in a trainee who looked like a teenager in street clothes which i did not consent to so i turned them away. At this point I don’t know what else i can do as im in a contract i’m debating filing a ccts complaint because i feel like im not getting the service im paying but idk if i have a good case as things are technically working just not as well as they were before.
