Is there an SCP that is un-uncontainable?

An SCP whose property is that is impossible for it to be uncontainable, it is always contained in some form.

You try to take it out of a type of containment and it somehow contains itself (or is still in another form of containment), you try again and it is still contained, you try again but with more forceful methods and it is still contained.

It can be something like an antimmemetic (like 055 but weaker), with the added effect that it teleports to the closest sealed compartment or that it creates a new containment vessel or that it changes the environment to aid in its containment, like locking all the exits of the room it was "uncontained" in with nuclear pasta, or something that resists attempts to uncontain it, like killing however tries to open the box, making the locking mechanism more complex, running away from people, changing concepts, using memetic agents to turn people into its guards, or just defining it with words technically contains it and trying to make everyone forget it would just birth a new form in which it is still contained etc, but in a cool way deserving of an SCP entry.

>!Why did Shirley turn into a Dead Apostle?!<

>!Noritaka/the Emiya family's magecraft is time control and the potion was only supposed to stop the time of your body and make you immortal right?!<

>!But Noritaka talked about the potion being a failure because Shirley couldn't control her bloodlust, so a Dead Apostle really was his goal, but how?!<

>!Is turning into a Dead Apostle a given after meeting a few requirements? Like, if instead of time stopping the body, the potion gave you unbelievable regeneration and that wasn't limited by normal cell replication, so it could regrow bone, skin, nerves, a whole arm etc as if they were never damaged to begin with, and the cells also didn't shorten their telometers making it so you can't die by old age, would that also turn someone into a Dead Apostle?!<

I tried to read a bit of Volume 22 to see how this week's episode was like in the LN and saw that illustrations of Subaru depict him without his glove and with normal skin instead of the purple skin afflicted with the Dragon's Blood Curse, is it explained in the previous Volume why that is?
