Currently waiting on Sedgwick to approve my medical LOA. Already gave them all the applicable documents after some hassle. Currently waiting on them to hand me a response. Assuming my LOA is approved, and I’ve been reporting my absences, will my points be removed? My operations manager informed me I would not need to use PPTO to cover it as long as I’m fine going unpaid.
