I caught my boyfriend of 6 years texting other women behind my back. I decided I want to try to forgive him eventually, but obviously trust doesn’t come back overnight. He asked me what he can do to earn my trust again and honestly I didn’t even know what to say.

What actions matter more than words?

Additionally: almost 70% of his following on instagram consists of women. I’m bringing this up to him I just don’t know how or the right words to even say.

Edit: I want to add to the conversation and say that the majority if not all the women he is following are either “new/ old co-workers or friends from Highschool”
