Used Cart Purchase Help
Hi everyone! I’m new to the golf cart world and am looking for my first cart. I’m going to check out a Precedent and would love some input on things to look for, it’d also be great to know if the cart I’m going to check out is a decent deal. Here’s some info, anyone care to share things to look for when looking it over? Appreciate it!
2015, 4 seater with foldable rear seat (cushions and covers look good in photos), 6” lift, 14” wheels, extended roof, aftermarket dash. Seller says the batteries (lead acid) are ~2 1/2 years old but have been maintained and hold a charge well.
I’d be looking to do everything done to it anyways, so I figured this might be a good starting point. Eventually I’ll swap it to lithium, then start looking at other things like AC conversion, etc. The asking price is $4,500, I’m thinking $4k sounds fair. Located in Florida, pic of the cart as well.
