Was this Jupiter worth the money?

While ago I picked up this Jupiter XO 1032L Tribune, originally listed for 850 but got it for 500. It came with the original case but no mouthpiece. It was recently serviced and no dents and slide is 9/10 (it probably needs a wipe down and some lube). Original owner used it back in the day but rarely played at all for years.

I got this horn on a whim thinking I got a good deal, definitely no Getzen Custom but I was hoping that this would be a good horn to have while I continue to learn and hone my skills, kinda like some sort of intermediate horn really. But I’m looking around and Jupiter seems to have mix receptions about their horns, and this specific model I don’t see much people talking about at all. I’m thinking that I might have jumped the gun and bought something that is comparable with another horn for half of the amount of cash I just dropped.

I’d like to be a bit more educated about Jupiter, this horn model, and other horns for comparison.
