Hi all, I have a Creality K2 Plus and I am using Creality Slicer 7.1 (but I have also tried in 6.3, 7.0, and Orca Slicer). I am using Atomic Filament ASA black, neon green, and royal blue. Whenever I try overhangs, it's almost guaranteed to fail. On this part I designed, it has 3mm fillets on the edges, and those are constantly printing messed up/warped. I've tried tweaking settings, changing temps, using a brand new PEI textured plate to make sure it wasn't an issue with the plate.
Current temps for this print: 105c bed, 245c nozzle, 50c chamber. I have also tried variations of 100c bed, 250c nozzle, 60c chamber, etc. They all come out pretty much the same.
I have cooling completely off. I have done prints without forced overhang cooling, but this one I had it turned on as a test at 25% speed for 50% thresholds.
The third picture shows the side profile of the part, and as you can see, the top looks correct with the fillet while the bottom absolutely isn't. I'm sure I am missing a setting or configuration or calibration step somewhere, but I've been going through everything and getting no where at trying to fix this. Any ideas at what I'm missing here?
Thanks in advanced!
