Whats better 63% multi Crit dmg or 23% multi dmg for all damage , 17% crit chance and 75% crit dmg ?

Im completly lost in which Order i should Upgrade or even craft gear.

And when i get a good item , im scared to put it in the cube to upgrade it incase i Lose important stats. What is your / correct Order to get a perfect Item?

So im trying to follow some builds. I Got up to paragon 90 but nearly every build is focused on endgame ( best items) what paragonBoard did u follow ? Its unfortunately my first season so i dont know how to build it myself
