Turo is breaking the law.
Turo charges you more money for rentals whenever you cancel a reservation, as opposed to a new customer.
Turo makes you book a car in order to talk to the owner. If you book just to ask a question and find out that the car won't work for you, you have the ability to cancel the reservation, usually for free.
Except you're being hit with an upcharge, based upon how many times you've cancelled your reservation.
Their terms and conditions do not mention this being a factor.
I won't be surprised when they get exposed one day for doing this.
