MOTS-C info seems all over the place, I’ve read;

- twice a week, but not optimal.

- daily, not convenient.

- 30 minutes prior to workout, I have a job where I can’t be carrying vials & pins everywhere I go.

Aside from experimenting & dialling it in, what’s optimal?
