First of all, I use the German ebay so I hope I can find the right technical words for my problem in English.

In short, I auctioned a yugioh card, it got sold, then, 2 minutes later, the buyer wanted to cancel the order because he "accidentally bought" the card. I was quite mad but saw that there is the option to send offers to other bidders which didn't win the original auction. I then picked the 3 highest bidders and sent them the offer that they could buy the card now for their highest bid.

I thought that once someone agrees on the offer and buys the card, the other offers will be canceled. Turns out, half an hour later, all 3 bidders agreed on the offer and paid for the card, so now it showed me to send the same card to all 3 persons.

I was completely confused on why that's even possible so I called the support. They basically just told me to sent the card to the first one who agreed on the offer and cancel the other two, but he couldn't explain to me why multiple people even can buy the same article.

If someone has any insights of that system, I'd love to hear about it :)
