How soon should I ask them out for 1st date?
Hi this is my first post on this subreddit. I (31M) only had very few dating experiences in my life and I am genuinely confused about the current dating world.
I tried using dating apps and also tried to ask out a girl I met randomly IRL, but nothing could get me any 1st date for the past 4 months. I tried different methods, such as have small talks with them through text first for a while before asking out, or ask them out the 2nd date after we match, and in then real life example I asked her out on the 2nd time we meet at her work place (1 week after our first encounter), but all ended with rejection with disgusting vibe (IRL) or ghosted (dating apps).
So my question is, how soon do women expect guys to ask them out after we matched / met? Do they expect the 1st date to be just a simple coffee date to get to know each other, or expect something more romantic and special? Thank you for your help in advance guys!
