I didn’t see many reviews online for this so posting for others.

I purchased Maggie Sterling’s Soft Regulation course a couple of months ago and listened to it quickly.

It costs about $300 for access to a bundle of podcasts that you listen to on Spotify.

After listening to it and reading other books, doing IFS and EMDR, yoga, etc. I can pretty confidently say this is overpriced and gives you only a sliver of the tools needed for healing.

She does preface that this is only intended to help de-sensitize, and it is helpful in doing that, but for the cost, value, and what is included in the offering, I would prioritize my funds elsewhere.

This is no dig to Maggie, I love her content, brand, and admire her journey, if she reads this I hope she reconsiders her pricing or offering strategy.

If you’re looking for a more comprehensive healing approach, I have found the following resources supportive and cost effective:

- therapy (IFS and EMDR)

- radical acceptance by Tara Brach

- yoga (both yin and vinyasa), recommend reading the Yamas and Niyamas to help tie it all together

- time in nature and quiet, exercise, nutrition

just my experience! and hoping to start the conversation to give others a chance to fully review before they commit to the cost.
