When i plug my jack 3.5 headphones in there's no sound coming out but when i connected to my Bluetooth earbuds it worked fine. Another strange thing when i plug my 3.5 in is that the hiby music doesn't respond and when the app does work it plays my songs at turbo speed (still no sound). Has anyone ever encountered this? I've flipped every setting I could find and still no good. Yes i have restarted the thing

I have a hiby r6 pro stainless steel and today when i went out there was no sound coming out of the headphones. I connected it to Bluetooth and it worked fine, but when i plugged in my jack 3.5 headphones the hiby music app just crashed. I restarted the thing and it still wasn't working, even if the hiby music app didn't crash for some reason the songs started playing at turbo speed (still no sound). I tried flipping all the settings I could find but nothing worked. Has anyone ever encountered this?
