[Discussion] The "Dopamine Gap": Why your planner isn't keeping you engaged.

We’ve all been there: The system works for 3 days, then it becomes a ghost town.
I’m studying the **psychology of engagement** to figure out why life-planning usually feels so "flat" compared to high-stakes activities that keep us in a flow state.
**Could you help me with a bit of research?**

  1. What is the one thing that usually causes you to **lose interest** in your daily targets?
  2. Why did your last "productivity system" fail? Was it too much "admin work" and not enough "action"?
I'm looking to build a tool that focuses on **micro-stimulations** and **visible progression** to bridge this gap. What’s been your biggest hurdle?

Hi all,
I’m driving a Hyundai Kona Electric, and I have a question about the speed limiter / driver assist system.
I can set a speed limit in the settings, and when I exceed it, the car gives warnings and slightly pushes back. But the problem is — it still allows me to go over the limit by about 2–3 km/h pretty easily.
This is a bit frustrating because I was expecting it to strictly cap the speed, not just warn me or “soft limit” it.
So I’m wondering:
Is this normal behavior for Hyundai’s system?

Is there any way to make it a hard limit (so the car won’t exceed the set speed at all)?

Or is this just how all modern cars are designed for safety/legal reasons?

Would appreciate any insights, especially from other Kona EV owners. Thanks!
