Hi all - I have come across a watch being sold and claims to be a VSF but when I compared to the list of certified serials for VSF, it does not match. I have been told it is the newest and latest serial.

I am no watch expert, to me the watch looks okay but I think these claims are incorrect and don’t want to be missold - has anyone come across this?
