I accidentally applied a theme that changed the colors of my control center and I want the transparent default one back. How do I get it back?

I use discord on my phone (Honor 400) for calls. Voice messages and calls are very low quality and I sound like I'm in a well. People literally can't hear what I'm talking about. This applies to my phones microphone and my Redmi Buds 6s microphone. On any other app my voice is Aditionally, I tried:
Reinstalling Discord
Restarting my device
Switching to an older version of Discord
Disabling all audio processing options in Voice settings
Does anyone have any tricks I ought to try?
When using any other social media to call, send voice messages, send videos or using my number to call— my voice sounds okay. But when doing anything mentioned before on Discord it sounds like im in a well where i have no signal and i keep cutting out. This affects my Bluetooth earbuds mic (Redmi earbuds 6) and my phones mic (Honor 400). I turned off every voice modification Discord allowed me to but it did not help. Is there a fix?
