After 150 hrs in PvE, I realized mixed lobbies are the PEAK experience
I grow tired of extracting like 20 times in a row in PvE, the interactions become a bit more tasteless since everyone is rich and friendly and it's kinda annoying when 5 raiders appear out of nowhere to loot the ARC you just destroyed. After I defended myself from an extract camper (aka a rat) after 20+ successful raids, I got into mixed lobbies
And man, it is WAY more fun, the friendly interactions are more touching, the bad interactions are less annoying and it's so fun gathering 5 other guys to hunt aggressive players. Yeah, you die more often but you mostly extract safely and the economy in the game is not punishing at all, so who cares? I'd rather have fun than just looting endlessly and being offered rare blueprints every raid (my stash can't handle any more success too). The only downside is that it is really hard to stay in mixed lobbies, you behave too friendly and get put in PvE again, you hunt too many rats with the bois and you get into PvP lobbies. I would recommend to every PvE player to give it a try (if you think you're in PvE lobbies but get ratted a lot, then you're probably in mixed lobbies, true PvE lobbies are filled with snap hook guys using Jupiters and Hullcrackers and destroying every ARC on sight)
