Just proud of the fact that I could get the Big Bell into the rack position.
44 KG Bell
This was round 4 of 8
I know the push ups aren’t fantastic but how do the swings, High Pulls and Squats look?
I’ve been training with Kettlebells for almost 3 years now.
I’m trying to gain more understanding of the different styles.
I’ve seen the traditional, sport, hardstyle etc
But I’ve also seen movements that don’t seem to adhere to these.
All the swing variations / rotational exercises
People I’m referencing would be:
Richard Love
Daniel Palicuk
What would you say about these different variations and “flashier” moves?
