My package has auto updated that it’s still at the Hartford CT facility for 9 days in a row. Sephora either needs to choose different shipping companies or remove their name from the outside of their packaging because I definitely think someone at the facility stole it. Sephora is now sending a replacement but now I’m down a sold out item, my samples, points purchased items and the replacement will arrive when I’m already on vacation.
