Fingerprint sensor on my galaxy A16 is not working. It was working fine when I first bought the phone last year. But since last month, Fingerprint sensor stops working sometimes. And now it is not working at all. I didn't find any solution. I waited for update to roll out, thought that it would fix the issue but it didn't. Now I am thinking of factory reseting the phone hoping it will fix it. But there lot of data to organize and backup first. So please let me know if there's anyway to fix it without resetting the phone.
