My mother uses the on request app to book her mobility rides but never gives me the proper times for pickups/drop offs and at I have to be home to help load and unload her. Is there a way for me to get her ride schedule information for myself? We tried the app on my phone but it took away her ability to use the app on her phone and vice versa.
