Item A in cart can be delivered this (Thursday) afternoon. Item B can be delivered Saturday. Other option is both items on Sunday. Why can’t item A be delivered Saturday with B?

Ordered small item, $28. Day before scheduled delivery got an email saying I got a refund. Reason given was: Damaged in-transit, carrier could not locate your address, or refused by the recipient.

I did not refuse.

i get all my Amazon deliveries with no problems.

So I assume it was damaged in-transit.

I did get the refund. So a few days later I ordered the same item. And got the same message a couple of days later. And the refund.

So, will the 3rd time be the charm?
